Cottage Booking
A 50% deposit is charged at the time of cottage booking. The remaining balance, including taxes, is due 60 days before arrival. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for cottage bookings; preloaded credit cards are not accepted.
Cottage Cancellation
Cottage cancellations are subject to a $300 cancellation fee per week or portion of a week per cottage. More than 90 days’ written notice before check-in allows a refund less the cancellation fee. Less than 90 days’ notice allows a refund less the cancellation fee only when the cottage is re-rented to other customers. The published exception is when the resort cannot be open and operational.
Watercraft Booking
Boat rental booking terms vary by watercraft. Published 2026 boat terms generally require a 30% deposit plus GST at booking, with the remaining balance due 65 days before arrival. Damage deposits vary by watercraft.
