Daily and weekly rates are based on two adults in two-bedroom cottages and four adults in three-bedroom cottages.
Children under 18 stay free.
Extra charges apply for each additional person aged 18 and above.
Taxes are extra: currently, 5% GST plus 8% PST on accommodations or 5% GST plus 7% PST on other rental items.
A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including taxes, is due 60 days before arrival.
Mooring floats are available on a first-come, first-served basis on arrival.
Payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express – note that preloaded credit cards are not accepted.
We can accept booking requests for 2025 and beyond, but can currently only confirm for the 2024 season.
Cottages are fully equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath towels, and even basic cleaning supplies to help make packing simple and your stay enjoyable. No food or beverage items are left in the cottages.
Rental includes barbecues, propane for barbecues, and firewood.
No pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee of $300 per week, or a portion of a week per cottage, will be charged on all cancellations.
More than 90 days with written notice before check-in: full refund minus a $300 cancellation fee
Less than 90 days with written notice before check-in: a full refund, less cancellation fee will only be given if the cottage or cottages are re-rented to other customers.
The only exception to this cancellation policy is if the resort cannot be open and operational.
